
Are You Feeling Unloved?
Sadness, the aching of a bleeding heart, that sometimes seems unfillable? A void. A stillness in the air that echoes your heart. Have you ever had days like this?
You can list the blessings no problem. A loving family, friends, food, a warm house the list goes on and on of things to be thankful for, yet your heart hurts.
Sometimes the heart feels like an unexplainable organ doing its own thing. Sure our entire anatomy all works together as one cog, but our heart often strays. The heart and the mind can lose connection.
703 times God repeats the word love, as He tries to penetrate this into our heart. Talking about love once, nope that didn’t work, how about twice, nope that didn’t work, over and over you hear His merciful voice. Love, love, love. Love for God. Love for others. God’s love for us. As the list goes on.
Why is it so hard? Why is doubt easier to reach the heart than truth?
Yet, God continues to knock on the door of your heart, offering truth, speaking life, showing that you are cared for… Today, tomorrow and forever.

Irreplaceable
For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.

Loved
The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

Treasured
For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.
Deuteronomy 7:6
Do you fully embrace these verses? Does your heart shout for joy as you ponder these things?
Do not be grieved, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
Nehemiah 8:10
Or, do these verses lay flat? Do you accept them? Do you believe them?
Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
Isaiah 49:16
What a beautiful reminder. The same hands that crafted us has daily reminders of His love for us. What an awesome God we serve!
And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
